Only submit the online withdrawal form when you are sure of your departure!
The submission of the online withdrawal form releases your child's seat to the next applicant in the wait pool.
Parents should submit a withdrawal notice in writing by using the Online Withdrawal Form. If you have children in more than one division (elementary, middle and high), please complete the form one time, including all children in the same submission.
High School
1) Complete the Online Withdrawal Form.
2) Transcripts and/or records will be provided upon completion of the withdrawal permission form.
3) Parents and student ID cards need to be turned in on the student's last day of school.
Middle School
1) Complete the Online Withdrawal Form.
2) The Middle School Guidance Office will then transfer records to the new school or parents.
3) Confidential Recommendation Forms required by your next school should be turned in to the MS Counseling Center, where they will be directed to the subject teachers required by the school, or, if not specified, then to the teachers of your choice. Teachers will fill in these forms and hand them over to the Counseling Center. The Counseling Secretary will then fax them out if required, or prepare a sealed packet to mail. The Counseling Office will contact you when the forms have been sent out as per the prospective schools' requirement. Confidential letters of recommendation, once prepared, will not be turned over to students or parents, but will be sent directly to the prospective school.
4) Parents and student ID cards need to be turned in on the student's last day of school.
Elementary School
1) Parents should complete the Online Withdrawal Form.
2) Transcripts and/or records will be provided once the student has clearance from both the business office and the library.
3) Parents and student ID cards need to be turned in on the students' last day of school.
Student Records
Parents who wish to hand-carry their children's' records may do so. However, parents should notify the school of their intentions to hand-carry records by noting this in the Online Withdrawal Form submission, giving ample time for a transcript to be assembled. End of the semester transcripts will not be made available until two weeks after the end of the semester. Hand-carrying of transcripts at the end of the year may be delayed due to scoring of exams. Transcripts and/or records will be sent to the new school or to the parents at a forwarding address at the earliest possible date. Transcripts and records cannot be released until all outstanding fees are paid and all library materials returned.
