New Applicants: Application fee and advance deposit payments cannot be made using our online credit card payment service.
Continuing Students: Online payments may be made using American Express/ Master/Visa cards for tuition, registration fee, cafeteria, bus fees and the advance deposit. Payment with a credit card does involve an administrative fee (maximum of 2.37% ) which will be added to the transaction. Make Online Payments.
Overdue and late fee payments can be made at the cashier's window via Check or paid by wire transfer.

*The Registration Fee is a one-time capital levy that is required of each newly enrolled student.
**The EC4 Registration Fee will be credited toward the total US$11,110 Registration Fee due in Kindergarten. An EC4 student that continues into Kindergarten will be billed for the remaining US$6,000 in the Kindergarten year.
***The EAL fee is a one-time fee that is required of each new student that requires English as an Additional Language support.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT POLICY
Each new applicant, whether offered a seat or placed in the wait pool, must make an advance deposit of US$2,000, payable in US Dollars, prior to April 1, failing which the student will not be enrolled and/or will be removed from the waitpool. This deposit shall be adjusted against tuition. (Download the Policy)
NOTE:
Please note that while the online application is done at one time for all members of the family, each applicant is considered an individual when applying to AES. Admission to AES is not considered as a family and decisions regarding admissibility and the allocation of seats are done on an individual applicant basis. This is also true of payments. of the application fee and advance deposit are required per applicant. Advance Deposit refund decisions are made according to AES School Board policy on an individual applicant basis. Please make sure that you have read the Advance Deposit policy carefully and familiarize yourself with the terms of the policy. (Advance Deposit policy) Admissions decisions may or may not coincide with the April 1 payment deadline or the May 1 extension and as such, the Advance Deposit policy remains in effect irrespective of when you are notified of your child's admissions status.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All tuition and fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Persons who are unable to pay in U. S. dollars must apply in writing to the Director of Operations and Business for specific exemption.
U.S. Dollar Payments
All dollar tuition and fee payments are required to be made via a bank draft payable through a U.S. bank in the U.S.A or electronic wire bank transfer. Personal dollar checks drawn on a U.S. bank account will be accepted. Payments in cash are not accepted.
Indian Rupee Payments
Payment may be made in Indian rupees when approved by the Director of Operations and Business. Payment must be made by check, bank draft, or wire transfer drawn on a New Delhi bank. The Director of Operations and Business will establish the AES Rupee/US $ exchange rate for each month, by the first of each month. The AES exchange rate will be available at the Business Office and will be posted on the AES website. All rupee payments received by AES in a given month will be converted at the AES exchange rate in effect that month.

Charges: Any additional charges incurred for electronic bank wire transfers of funds, including charges for confirming the receipt of payment by the school's U.S.A-based banks, together with bank fees for collecting checks or for returning bad checks or associated fees charged to the school will be passed on to the responsible parent or guardian.
