ADVANCE DEPOSIT POLICY

Each new applicant, whether offered a seat or placed in the wait pool, must make an advance deposit of US$2,000, payable in US Dollars, by May 1 or if after May 1, as part of the application process, failing which the student will not be enrolled and/or will not be waitpooled.  This deposit shall be adjusted against tuition. (Download the Policy in .pdf format below.)

  • Students completing the admissions process and/or applying after May 1 must pay the advance deposit with the Application Fee, failing which the application will not be processed.
  • Before June 1 (prior to the school year of intended enrollment), if a student withdraws or declines a seat that is offered, the Advance Deposit shall be refunded.
  • If on or after June 1 (including during the school year of intended enrollment), the student withdraws or declines a seat that is offered, the Advance Deposit shall be forfeited. An applicant choosing to re-apply after having withdrawn or declined a seat will be required to re-pay the advance deposit.

CHECKS: (payable via a Bank in U.S) Make checks payable to "AMERICAN EMBASSY SCHOOL". Personal dollar checks encashable in the U.S.A. are also accepted. Cash payments are not accepted.

New students after the second week of July.
