Mission

The American Embassy School Human Resources Department shall foster a positive work environment at AES by helpfully and efficiently serving the employment needs of its employees. The Human Resources Department shall assist the school in recruiting, orienting, supporting and retaining the best employees. It shall also serve as a catalyst between the Board, Administration, and employees by developing and administering Board policies and procedures in a open and equitable manner.
