Advance Deposit Policy
Each new applicant, whether offered a seat or placed in the wait pool, must make an advance deposit of US$2,000, payable in US Dollars, prior to April 1, failing which the student will not be enrolled and/or will be removed from the waitpool. This deposit shall be adjusted against tuition.
- Students completing the admissions process and/or applying after April 1 must pay the advance deposit with the Application Fee, failing which the application will not be processed.
- Before April 1, if a student withdraws or declines a seat that is offered, the Advance Deposit shall be refunded.
- If on or after April 1 (including during the school year of intended enrollment), the student withdraws or declines a seat that is offered, the Advance Deposit shall be forfeited. An applicant choosing to re-apply after having withdrawn or declined a seat will be required to re-pay the advance deposit.
