ZUMBA FITNESS

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-part that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats such as salsa, merengue, bellydance and reggaeton. Before you know it, you’re getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating! No dance experience or coordination is necessary!

Two different sessions are being offered this semester.

Fee: $ 175 or equivalent INR (as per the AES Business Office exchange rate)

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:45-5:45 pm

Total – 24 classes – 1 hr each

Ravi Rastogi teaches many forms of Latin dance at various studios throughout New Delhi. He has trained at Broadway Dance Center in NY and with international instructors in India and abroad.

Komal has been a certified Zumba Instructor since the year 2013. She also teaches and performs other dance forms, i,e Jazz, hip-hop, Ballet, Ballroom Dances – Tango, Waltz, Jive and Rock n Roll, Cha -Cha et al and Latin Dance forms – Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, et al.
