Vision : A greener AES community where less paper is used and all paper is recycled.
Mission : To successfully recycle papers and batteries all over the campus; additionally, the club financially supports Indian children by donating single-sided papers to the local NGO, Mobile Creches.
Recycling Club is a student-run organization of student volunteers. Our main focus of recycling is to do with papers and we meet everythursday after school to collect and sort the papers from all over the campus. We redistribute the single-sided papers that can be reused in classes to classrooms and sell the double-sided papers that can no longer be used. The money that we get from this sale is saved up in our school account and later donated to NGOs for support. Some organizations that we have worked and are working with are Chintan and Mobile Creches.
