Dear Parents,

I am pleased to announce that online transactions with the American Express credit card are now possible for tuition, registration, cafeteria and bus fees.  Payment with a credit card does involve a convenience fee (2.37% for AMEX) which will be added to the transaction.  When payments are overdue, parents must visit the AES Business Office where late fees are calculated based on the actual date paid.  Overdue payments must be made with a check or bank transfer.

You can access the online gateway two different ways: 

• You can click admissions on the menu bar and scroll down to Online Payments,
•  Or, you can click on about aes on the menu bar and scroll down to Student Services, select Business Office on the left margin, select Tuition and Fees again on the left margin, and finally select Online Payments.

You will need your Username to login. However please note that only the Primary Payor can make the online payments. Either of the parents is a registered Primary Payor with the school, so if your username does not work at first, please do try your spouse's username to make payments.

 Afterschool activity payments cannot currently be made online.  We are working on making this available as soon as possible.

We will keep you informed as this online payment system fully develops.
