Nek Chand's Recycled Art Walks through AES

The K-12 Indian Studies Resource Center
supports understanding and integration of India into the
curriculum for faculty, students and the wider AES community

The Delhi Cultural Event Alert provides information on some of the current Indian and international visual and performing arts events, lectures and exhibitions happening off campus.

Indian national holidays provide opportunites for assemblies, exhibitions, guest speakers, art   and other special actitivies. Folk Dancers from all states of India visit AES for Republic Day assemblies courtesy the Government of India's Dept of Culture. The Ramayana epic is performed by students and visiting artists bi-annually, traditionally followed by burning a giant Ravana signifying the victory of Good vs Evil.

Dozens of school field trips bring India alive with India  integrated across the classroom at all levels along with Indian Studies classes in ES, MS and HS.
