AES SUMMER PROGRAM
The AES Summer Programme offers wonderful learning and recreational opportunities for your children during the school holidays. Registration opens in Summer 2019. Dates and more information to follow soon.
The American Embassy School is offering a Summer Program for students of ages 5 – 18. The Program offers two sessions and is open to both AES families and non-AES families who are in Delhi during the month of June.
The AES Summer program provides a wonderful learning and recreational opportunity for your children. Now in our 18th year, we are confident that your children will have a rewarding experience. The Program offers:
- About 100 activities to choose from spread out across various age categories;
- A flexible schedule that allows you to select 1, 2 or 3 activities each day;
- A mix of skills-based classes such as a variety of sports, arts/crafts, dance, cooking, airplane modeling, swimming and more!
- Quality programs and access to AES’s world-class facilities.

- Session 1: June 4 – 15
- Session 2: June 18 – June 29.
- Monday – Friday each week
- 8:30 am – 11:50 am
Summer Program Registration Dates
- April 4 (12 pm) – registration opens for AES Community (AES students and AES staff children – immediate family members only).
- April 11 (12 pm) – registration opens to the general public via our website.
Waitlisted students will be accommodated as space allows. We will continue to take new registrations as long as space is available.
Online submission / Uploading of the below documents are mandatory for the completion of the registration process.
All registration documents are online this year. All photos and documents are to be uploaded at the time of registration. Documents required to be uploaded for registration (Each photo can be maximum of 1200px by 1200px and 500KB in size. )
Parent 1 photo ID (Government-issued valid photo ID proof with address)
Parent 2 photo ID Government-issued valid photo ID proof with address
Guardian 1 photo ID (optional)
Fees for the 2018 Summer Program are US$60 per activity. One activity consists of ten classes per session. Some activities include an additional fee for equipment or other extra expenses.

|» Payment is due by April 27.|
|» Late payment $10/activity/session will be charged after due date.|
|» Starting May 1, we will be unable to keep your child on the rolls, since we start accommodating waitlisted students.|
|» Any cancellation requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and an administrative fee of $10 per activity per session will be assessed before April 27.|
|» NO CANCELLATION will be accepted after April 27 and full fee will be charged.|
|» In the absence of written communication or no show, there will be no refund.|
|» Every refund entails, $10/activity/session as an administrative fee.|
We strongly encourage online payment to receive a confirmed status. Online payments guarantee you a spot immediately. Please note that popular classes fill quickly and you may lose your spot if you attempt to process your registration without online payment. If a class is underenrolled, the Summer Program office will contact you to offer space in available classes or offer a refund.
Payment can be made by using Mastercard/Visa (Credit and Signature Visa Debit card) with charges up to a maximum of 2.00% and American Express Credit Cards with charges up to 2.37% as administrative fees on top of the total amount due.
Window Payment: If you wish to pay by check, please visit the AES Business office cashier’s window to make payment. The timings are 8:15 am-12:45pm and 1:45-4:00 pm. Monday through Friday when school is in session.
Checks: Please make checks payable to American Embassy School. Payment can be made in either US dollars or Indian rupees. The foreign exchange rate applicable would be as published by the AES Business Office for the month.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the English language offerings related with reading/writing/literacy classes are NOT meant for EAL students. We also run an Academic Language Institute for EAL students.
