Pottery is known not just as an art form but also as an effective calming therapy. It reduces stress and promotes creativity and self-expression too.
The workshop is designed for complete beginners or for those who have had some experience with clay. The course is intended to teach hand building techniques like pinch, slab and coil work. Participants will also learn decorating techniques such as slip work, under glazing, impressing, incising, and making their own pottery stamps in a very informal and friendly atmosphere.
My philosophy is quite simple:
To engage, inspire and teach art with age-appropriate techniques and subjects.
Cost of Clay and glazing of finished products is included in the course fees.
