About the class and yoga style: We would like to offer these yoga sessions as a means to work on both physical and mental faculty of the participants. Yoga can give you far reaching benefits depending on the way you choose your postures, class style and attitude. Session would be suited to meet the needs of beginners who are looking to get introduced to yoga in right manner. So if you are looking to develop a practice and learn traditional yogic techniques to develop internal and external harmony must attend these session.
Hitanshi – She is an MBA and a Yoga Therapist with Masters of Science (in Yoga Therapy) and PG Diploma in Yoga, with more than 12 years of experience. She took up Yoga as a profession after yoga helped her to cure her Asthama. Hitanshi believes in traditional form of Yoga and makes the class interesting by bringing in relevance of the yogic practices to the current scenario. She was personal trainer to the Ex-External Affairs Minister of India, Late Sushma Swaraj and has taken Yoga and relaxation session at the European Parliament during the international day of yoga in 2017.
